We use these details to respond to your questions, confirm service availability, prepare a quote and discuss any cleaning arrangements you request. We do not add enquiry details to a marketing list or sell them.

How enquiries are sent

When online sending is enabled, the form sends your details securely to our email inbox using Resend as the email delivery provider. If you use the email preparation option, your device opens a draft addressed to us; you choose whether to send it through your email provider. Storage and access

Enquiry details are received in our email inbox and used to manage your request. We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting service arrangements, including any records we need to retain.
